Central Co-op is quite likely one of the most hip community-run spaces in the country. And we are not talking about posters about solidarity, local voting system and simply amazing people who work there. Central Co-op offers local, organic food from farms around Seattle and Pacific Northwest, it works a lot with local farmers and helps a lot the local community. Sightly more expensive than your average store, it's far better in quality and everything else.
