Catalunya managed to preserve its local culture. The coasts of Tamariu, Calella and Llafranc are preserved from any skyscrapers, mostrly nice white little houses and appartements. There are also well protected small gothic villages so beautiful to visit.
Palafrugell was the capital of cork years ago. This was the major local industry for the region. The museum describes the technology used as well as all related activities.
