If you're looking for a break from Vietnamese food, Chucks is a nice simple burger shop. There are only 3 items on the menu, burgers, hot dogs and chicken wings. They keep it simple and great.

Sorae is one of my favorite restaurants in Vietnam for Japanese food and of ambiance. Located on the 24th floor of the AB tower the views are amazing.

Qui is more of a lounge than a nightclub but it's definitely the place to go and is busy most nights of the week. The food is pretty good there too if you want a more fun dining experience.
