Great for a special occasion, there is a very good-value earlybird menu which you can take advantage of if you arrive before 7 (I think - but double-check the time).

This pub is the most charming, evocative and authentic ones I have been in. It is set in a tiny area of small streets and low buildings, and has an outdoor area. Don't expect any frills - although they have delicious olives!
