This original oven is from 1888 and a specific commissary in Charlestown makes their dough, aged cheese and sauce. My all-time favorite is Prosciutto Con Spinaci.

This is the gem of the North End. Off of the main street, it’s worth the wander. Wonderful whoopie pies, calzones, biscotti and arancini.
