This sweet little coffee shop/bakery is usually where I start my Saturday. Definitely worth visiting while you are at Fairview House.

If you like Ethiopian food, check this place out. They're trendy so there's often a line Across the street is Ahadua. Not quite as trendy but food is good and you won't have to wait.

This is in the parking lot of the Ashby BART station on weekends. Great new and used "stuff" as well as food vendors. There's a drum circle that goes pretty much all day. Closed if weather's bad.
