Another good breakfast and lunch spot in the neighborhood. They do fresh juices here too...and they will put a shot in it for you too just to make it unhealthy! ;) ha!

By far the best place to get a daiquiri in the entire city. They use real frozen fruit instead of the sugary fake syrups. It's in the French Market...so head down to Organic Banana first and get yourself a daiquiri and then waddle around the quarter from there! Best idea ever!

So honestly if you are serious about getting out of the city and really seeing the bayou and are into active outdoor activities I would highly recommend checking out the events page for Pack & Paddle. They have all sorts of kayaking trips to take that are amazing. Check em out!

Magazine St is pretty much 3 miles of shops, bars, and restaurants. Start and one end, get a drink and just start walking. You could entertain yourself and entire day alone just walking Magazine St.
