I don't like chain restaurants. I don't like fast food. But if I had to do one or both, I would choose Chick-fil-A almost every time. If you like spice, try the #2 and make it "deluxe". If you're not from the South, Chick-fil-A (CFA) is must have. Hands down, CFA is one of the best fast food places I've ever been to.

They have a delicious brunch buffet on Sunday. I would recommend making a reservation.

Manuel's is in a cute little town in North Augusta, SC, which is right across the Savannah River. I've had great brunch experiences here and the chef is always trying something new and delectable.

They have tons of TVs and tons of meal options that will satisfy pretty much anyone. They also have really nice outdoor seating. Open until 1AM every night

I'm not a huge fan of their food, but their carrot cake is one of my favorites. Pick up some cake and walk on over to the Riverwalk for a nice, peaceful walk along the Savannah River.
