Just down the hill from our villa there is Ancao beach - lovely sand that goes on for miles! If you walk to your right when you get there you will come across some water activities to rent during high season. There are also pop up cocktail bars and massage tents in high season.

Quinta do Mar is on the edge of the Ria Formosa Nature reserve. Lovely for walking/running/cycling along the beachfront.
