October is the best month to visit local theaters. Every year in October the "Otoño Cultural" (Cultural Fall) is going on and there are many shows around the city FREE OF CHARGE.

Get in a bus downtown or simply drive about 2 hrs to see the Flamingos. I really recommend the seafood and the local bakery.
