Lotus Garden is an unbelievably good 100% vegan Chinese restaurant that I would argue is the best Chinese food you'll find anywhere. They have odd hours though so be sure to check their website before going.

Tacovore is not in my neighborhood but it's a super cool new taco place that is super popular and has a really unique and diverse menu. It is in the Whiteaker neighborhood which has various brew pubs and other fun places to check out.

Mt Pisgah has it all. A fairly difficult hike straight to the top, and easy trails that meander around the park and along the river. Sometimes they have events there such as the Mushroom Festival, and they also offer guided nature walks. $4 for parking so plan for that!
