Extremely local and wonderful grocery/restaurant with live bands on Sundays, known for it's great brisket sandwich. Guy Fieri went here once and it scarred us all, it's still worth it.

This place is a little more expensive but is SO worth it, delicious korean dishes and a very cool atmosphere. The chef and his family live there, so if you stay till late, you will see his adorable toddler waving goodbye to you. It is cute.

PIE. It is so good. The coffee is alright, the atmosphere is funky old portland with lots of ostrich paintings.
