Very good fusion style sushi restaurant with a wonderful romantic location on the top of Tivoli Hotel (seems to be affiliated with Tivoli but is located somewhat of a distance from the amusement park). Here you can enjoy stunning views over Copenhagen from the large windows and from the terrace while enjoying your sushi in an international atmosphere. Very popular so book early!
If you cannot get a seat, any of the sister Sticks'n'Sushi restaurants are also good - I would recommend the one in Vesterbrogade.

Take the metro to Kastrup St from where it is a 5-10 min. walk to the aquarium.
