best home-made donuts in town which vary every day + they also serve delicious vegan dishes and snacks. Sit outside or on the window and enjoy the beautiful atmosphere on the Maybach Ufer. On Sundays there is also a flea market in the street.

Drinks & Nightlife
Have a good wine and sit inside or outside and enjoy some quite nights in Berlin. The area is very family friendly but you are allowed to sit outside until late.
They also offer wonderful breakfast and delicious cakes - no matter when you go its always a good spot to stop by.

Parks & Nature
You can either take a run in the park or go even further north east along the river Panke and enjoy the beautiful nature of Berlin's suburbs. Its only 10min by public transports from my apartment.
