This is an Italian market that makes sandwiches in their deli section. So very tasty. You can pick up things for a picnic or eat there in the store. They also have wine and cooking supplies.

This is one of the closest restaurants near the condo and it is (I think) the only place nearby that delivers to the condo. Their pizza is my favorite in the city and if you are into this idea, order their Idaho Pizza - mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, and bacon on a really tasty crust.

This is a park/beach that I go to a lot because it is clean and very close to the condo. You can get snacks, beer, and wine at the Shell station.
