"Ekedal's hiking trail with outdoor gym"
Walking/running trail starts from here, but is also accessed across the open field behind the parking lot to the right of the house (200 meters from the door!). The longer trail is 2,8km long, and at the starting point marked on the map there is an outdoor gym. Happy workout!

"Kvarnsjön Runt & Knuts Hav"
Two nice little hiking trails which takes you around the small lake Kvarnsjön is accessed from here. The longer one is marked by yellow signs and is 4,2km. The shorter is marked with orange and is 3km. Go from the marked spot and follow Krutbruksvägen until you turn left after the southern tip of the lake. Great for terrain running too!

Great hiking route with a few great views and barbeque-possibilities at waterfront along the way. Start from here and more or less follow the water until reaching "Hålluddsvägen", at which you go left towards home. Estimated distance of 8km.
