All the way north in Manhattan is the amazing Indian Road Cafe. Open all day, great spot for casual Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner. Right on the entrance of Inwood Hill Park, it's the perfect spot to pick up lunch and good coffee for a peaceful picnic.

My favorite park in the city. All the way north on the island of Manhattan, you get amazing waterfront views without the crowds of Central Park. Some rare NYC peace and quiet. Also nearby the Columbia University sports fields and the Indian Road Cafe.
