Lovely walk! Turn right out of the gate to end Cherry Ave. Turn left uphill. Follow the road, bearing right on third junction to access golf club fairways, accessed either at bottom of incline, or go over the brow to others. Keep to public footpaths. Not unusual to see monkeys mornings or evenings.

Easy parking a little further down Pierhead for Waterfront cafe. Opposite the car park is a little known museum around a very old dry-water dock. Used to service the inter-island schooners, etc. in a by-gone era. Worth short visit. Photogenic area.
