DC is a walking city and one of the great ways to see the city is hopping on and off a tour bus. There are many bus tour companies to choose from and the prices are reasonal.
DC by Foot is an EXCELLENT way to learn about the city. The tour guides are friendly, knowledgable and entertaining. They love DC history and by the end of the tour, you will feel like an expert, too. The tour guides voluteer their time, so be generous when tipping them.
