It's one of the best places to visit for photographers, hikers, mountain bikers, adventure seekers, and more. It's perfect for all walks of life, single travelers, couples, older travelers, family with children and all ages. It will be difficult to run out of sightseeing more.

The summit of Pikes Peak is where Katherine Lee Bates got her inspiration to write the song "America the Beautiful. After coming down from the summit she sat in Colorado Springs and penned the words to the son "America the Beautiful" while looking upon the beautiful mountain peak.
