Food Scene
5 minutes drive, plenty of free parking, supermarket, array of eateries
(my favourites are the ice cream cafe downstairs which has chocolate dairy free ice cream :) blended cafe for their fresh juices, noodles for healthy-ish fastfood they can do gluten free and veggie/vegan)
plenty of shops, kids play area, entertainment every now & again ...and most welcome on hot, sunny days: some shade! :)

La Caleta
Lovely little fishing village with nice restaurants.

I believe it's the number 1 water park in Europe, so it must be good :) many friends and family have mentioned the new beach area. it's not just for thrill seekers. right next to siam mall. less than 5 minute drive.

A gorgeous pocket of Tenerife to either relax at the top enjoying the view from a cafe or hiking down the steep valley then taking a taxi boat or a kayak over to Los Gigantes!

A day trip or an overnight stay, this little island is a lush green sightseeing joy :) only half an hour or so by ferry, from the Los Cristianos port only 10 minutes away.

Highest point in Spain! You can take the scenic cable car to the top, or hike and stay overnight for the sunrise! it's much colder up there, take suitable clothing!
