Balkan small plates. One of my all-time favorites, I highly recommend it if you're ok with delicious and unique comfort food in a noisier setting. I highly recommend the $35 all-you-can-eat "Balkan experience" if you're adventurous and hungry. Downsides? It's a bit farther away from my place (but walkable), almost always packed, and on the noisier side. The wait staff are all from the Balkans and are very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the menu.

The Nutella, strawberry and banana sweet crepe is one of my favorites and is great to share. They also have great coffee drinks. Outdoor seating when the weather's nice. Friday's Polish night is very popular.

This is not a place to go for the ambiance (there isn't much), but for incredibly tasty and authentic Peruvian (spit roast) chicken with a side of fries. Great to take out.
