Another great spot only two blocks away from my apt. This is an Italian restaurant and Bar that you can usually find peace & quiet too. Except for the weekends, when it gets more chic people and a little loud. A lively crowd flirts over small plates & wine. Also has a back garden.

Modern, chic cafe selling its own line of coffee and espresso. I enjoy this place so much because its near the apt, around all the shops, the neighborhood is trendy, and has great desserts with the coffee too!

Roosevelt island is just two miles long, so its easy to expire in just a couple of hours. The Franklin D. Roosevelt Four Freedoms Park is beautiful.
