Walking and meditation
The stupa is open until dusk. Bring a small offering such as a stone or incense and walk around the stupa clockwise (at least three times) repeating OM MANI PADME HUM or any heart felt prayer. The stupa itself was built with thousands of prayers inside.

This is by far my favorite place for coffee on the patio and I’ve enjoyed the best breakfasts, lunches, brunches and dinners as well. I love the supplements they offer for sale as well as raw chocolate eats for dessert or take home. And yes they have amazing everything for the natural at heart.

My favorite eatery: Hilltop Deli
This is the best hole in wall spot for homemade sandwiches. The best part is the cooler filled with custom soda bottles!!!

It’s my favorite location for a bite to eat next door at Indian Gardens, a coffee, and a beautiful drive up oak creek canyon. A huge jewelry selection with every price range. I have many pieces from here that I cherish. Ask for Thomas, and tell him Eden sent you for extra special treatment:)

My favorite place for breakfast and coffee. You can sit out back on their lovely patio in summer or right next to the fireplace in late fall and winter. Order and take your number to your favorite table spot.

The Hideaway House
Best for evenings or after hikes. Make sure to ask your bartender Mackenzie for a special drink while your waiting for your table on the second floor patio. Your above the trees with Oak Creek just below! I love this spot at night. Dress is casual, food is Italian style. LOTS of choices for any discerning eaters. My favorite recently was the Antipasta salad, and smoked peaches pizza (I know strange but it was so good) and strawberry lemonade (feel free to add vodka)☺️

My favorite place for gourmet pizza and gelato!! My favorite however is the tomato bisque soup and it’s always available:) great place for sports with very large flatscreens sitting at the bar or the community table. Great patio seating as well!!

Is this a spiritual town? Yes. Is everyone spiritual here? Not reeeeally everyone but it’s always nice to know that Namasté means “I honor the divine in you” or “I bow to you”. It’s a kind gesture used in yoga, with Hindu/Sanskrit derivatives.

Hot Yoga Sedona
This is a great yoga spot. Not all classes are hot and it’s not as hot as a Birkram class. Busiest on weekend mornings when the owner teaches. Changing rooms and showers available.
