This is a little way out from Harrogate but has lovely scenery to look at on the drive out.
Once at Stump Cross you can go into the cave and follow the well lit walk through all the Stalactites and Stalagmites.
There is a cafe that has lovely home made cakes, lots of flavours of ice cream and warm meals for the colder days.

This is a local communal park area that you can meander through looking at various plants and scenary. If you choose to walk all the way through the Gardens and up through the woodland part then you can walk to RHS Harlow Carr where there is also another Bettys tea room.
