San Telmo is the artsy, bohemian area of the city. It's gritty and old and totally beautiful. A few years back, it was sort of forgotten, but now it's packed with great bars, shops, cafes, and restaurants. There aren't as many antique shops as there used to be, but there are still a bunch.
