Austin is a foodie scene and an internet search will give you where to eat. I am listing mostly south locations close to home i like with a few places to get groceries.

Coffee Truck 1 min drive or 5 min walk from home. It is in food trailer park with 6 other food trucks including 2 mexican food trucks, one Cuban, a bbq food truck, a mini pancake and drinks truck, a panini food truck. Next door to that lot is another mexican food truck. address is 7701 Colton-Bluff Springs Rd and there are places to park in lot. you can also BYOB. they have lots of seating and a treehouse!

We have food trucks AND a CVS in our neighborhood. Not much else. We are a new development in construction and we have more retail coming soon, but besides this, we have a few mexican grocery stores nearby, and a HEB grocery about 12 mins away.

HEB is the largest local grocery store in Texas. Texans love HEB and it is the primary grocery store I have shopped at my entire life. They have lots of ready made food at this location. They also have a bbq restaurant inside (and drive through) with beer you can drink inside.
