This is the smallest hotel in Paris, only 5 rooms (used to be Hermes family house) there is a beautiful restaurant, and a trendy bar downstairs serving very nice cocktails. In cool weather the little garden is wonderful for a glass of wine or a tea.

Go there for the spectacular view over Paris. You can have jut a drink on the terrasse or inside where you can still enjoy the view

Trendy place always busy with locals. The closed terrasse is so romantic. The food is fine, it's open all day. i'd go there for a breakfast/ a brunch or even a tea in the afternoon
