Fabulously popular for its home cooking, this diner-like restaurant is prized for its generous portions, moderate prices and extensive breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. TLR's Early Bird Breakfast Special starts at 5:30AM. A great value at only $5.55 and includes coffee! Add to it a 1/2 order of their famous home-made Biscuits and Sausage Gravy and you're good to go. TLR is highly recommended and the closest full-service restaurant in the neighborhood.

The little brewery that could...Intracoastal has managed to succeed at creating especially fine artisanal beers and draw a lively, regular crowd of like-minded craft beer aficionados. The brewery, which started up from scratch just a few years ago, now enjoys a wide reputation and has proved to be a terrific addition to the Eau Gallie Art District's diverse neighborhood of shops and galleries.

It's Community Center is located at 2815 Leisure Way. Wickham Park will host the nationally-recognized, annual Melbourne Art Festival, (now in it's 34th year), on April 28 & 29, 2018.

They have a pro-shop with club rentals, golf carts, a very nice pub-like restaurant with full-service bar, a driving range with self-serve bucket ball dispenser and a large, free practice green. Palm trees line the fairways of this sprawling 18-hole course which hosts many charitable, amateur and semi-pro and student golf events.

Register for solo or group classes seven days a week. Ron Jon is located on Cocoa Beach only 20 miles north of the condo via scenic Highway A1a on the beach-side. Hang Ten!

Best part is Kiwi is just minutes away from the condo over the Eau Gallie Causeway in Indian Harbour. Tennis anyone?
