Famous for the hand-made knitting (karsaniki velonia), this is the largest village in the island. Beautiful uphill drive. Enjoy the main piazza for coffee and just do it like a local!

if u have the time, drive to Vasiliki (its listed here) and take the 1hr Ferry across to Ithaca and Cephalonia. The port of Fiskardo, is gorgeous, truly something to see.
