TSOUKALADES Psaropoula restaurant is our local restaurant, 100 meters from the apartment and great for fresh fish. The owner is a fisherman so you can rest assured the fish is always fresh!!! KATHISMA BEACH Monato restaurant at Kathisma Beach offers a contemporary Greek cuisine, in a nice modern environment overlooking Kathisma beach of course! (drive to the beach and turn left) Libre café a good spot for a cooling drink or coffee. (drive to the beach and turn left)

AGIOS NIKITAS VILLAGE Sapfo’s restaurant. A good local fish taverna right next to the beach. Serves a wide range of popular Greek dishes and of course great fish! On the Rock cafe and Captain’s Corner cafe are good local spots for coffee/drinks all with great views over the bay. I Gonia is a cool corner bar in the pedestrian street of Agios Nikitas. The owner Poppy is lovely and the cocktails are good too! Souvlaki Meating point. Great quality Souvlaki with outdoor seating area and take away. Highly recommended for a quick feed. Try the chicken or pork Souvlaki in wholemeal pitta

LEFKADA TOWN Gogo's Flavors restaurant. This is a no-frills restaurant where most locals eat! A relatively small taverna with authentic Traditional Great flavours. Highly recommended. Restaurant Thymari . A must visit!!! A more sophisticated dinner restaurant in a traditional building in the historical centre of Lefkada. Ideal for a quiet and relaxing dinner. The tables are set in a cobblestone courtyard surrounded by herbs and flowers. Nissi Mediterranean Kuzina is great choice of a taverna in the main square for lunch or dinner.

Zimis wood fired pizza is another great pizza place. They have a good variety and quality of pizzas, pasta and other dishes. Most importantly they have a large dedicated indoor “childrens’ play area” with separate tables for the kids to sit down and eat, that both our kids love! Stavrakas has the BEST sweets you can find in the island of Lefkada! Great ice cream and traditional Greek sweets. We highly recommend you try their “ekmek kataifi” and variety of sweet tarts! The main store is located in Lefkada town at the end of the pedestrian road (Agios Minas area). They have a second shop Stavrakas Zacharoplastio in the pedestrian street (close to the waterfront end of the pedestrian road) that has a sitting area where you can enjoy delicious crepes and waffles with their own home made ice cream. Yum!!!

Boschetto Cafe - Coffee Bar & Bar Find this café/bar is right at the beginning of the pedestrian street and next to the waterfront. They serve a good breakfast, it’s a great spot to have a coffee and also good for a drink in the evening too. Diavlos cafe/bar Gathering a more mature crowd compared to the younger hangouts of the other bars in the promenade. Good cocktails and a more relaxing atmosphere.

Spiridoula and husband run this excellent taverna which specialises in fish. Her husband is one of the local fishermen. He also sells his catch from his boat every other morning when he returns from sea. You can also buy his fish (if he is not in his boat) directly from the fridge at the taverna

Karya Village Karya has a beautiful square with many traditional cafes and restaurants all shaded by some massive trees The Crazy Goat at the inland traditional village of Karya is also worth visiting. Poros Molos fish taverna near Poros – superb traditional fish taverna overlooking the beautiful beach of Mikros Gialos.
