Sister restaurant to the Whitstable Oyster Compnay and more casual, this place is round the back of the harbour, beyond the aggregate factory. It has a nice atmosphere and good food but maybe a bit pricey for what you get.

Whitstable Castle & Gardens is a 15 - 20 minute walk along the coast from the cottage. It has a children’s play area, tea room, beautiful gardens and, of course, a castle!

For a nice stroll walk left (west) along the beach and pic out your favorite hut along west beach. The beach will be less crowded here during peak season.
