Although the higher end of the dining budget, this place delivers on all fronts. We have had several family gatherings here and have been blown away each time. Booking in advance a must! Just forty minutes drive from us and perfect for that special day/evening out.

Bodegas Bentomiz

We had our first experience recently for a friends Birthday celebration. Wow! The tour and taster option is very reasonably priced too. Sixty minute drive with asphalt roads door to door. Booking in advance only.

Hotel Molino de Los Abuelos

Recently under new management this hotel/restaurant is accessed by the village plaza. Once through the entrace and reception (just keep walking through), it opens up to an incredible back terrace with a balcony view over the south down to the Med. The menu is superb and varied to suit most needs. The outdoor grill is fired all year round. Great selection of wine too!

Here in Comares we boast the longest and highest point to point zip line in all of Spain. On a clear day there is no other experience like it...floating across the north valley with a view and a rush! Approx 25e for two runs per person.
