Love this place for a coffee, or to just wonder , checking out all the books, not sure if I like the books, or the coffee and treats best. Located in a redesigned Kannapolis Mill house in downtown area of of wonderful little city.

Enjoy a casual dinner at R&r BBQ. A country style BBQ place with a Rail Road theme. These folks really do BBQ right, and I must admit, I want to see the model trains run on the tracks , just like a big kid, but if I cannot do that, then the legendary Banana Pudding will also make me happy!

Mykonos Grill , for a casual and very good meal, the staff are outstanding. You can dine inside or thay have a neat area for outside dining as well. Cannot go wrong on food or price, give them a try for sure!

The BEST breakfast place !!!1 The service is fast and good. The breakfast is just beyond description. They have so many choices, and they offer an extra egg on all breakfasts , 3 eggs for the price of two. But.... you cant eat it anyway , cause the portions are sooooo big. I have yet to finish a breakfast at BreakfastTime. Might have to think about ordering off the "Kids Menu"!. Jokes aside , if you love breakfast , try them

You almost always have to wait for a space, especially breakfast and lunch times. Locals love this place open Tues-Fri 6am-7pm and Sat 6am-2pm closed on Sunday.

Parks & Nature
This park is just too good to be true. Always clean and well kept. Open from dawn to dusk, I almost always take my morning walk here. You can enjoy walking, rest & relax, enjoy nature around the pond located next to the carousal . I see birds, squirrels ,and hear old bullfrogs croaking. Lots of folks walk their dogs in the park, plenty of covered picnic spots in case you want to take a quick lunch or snack...... did I mention it is next to the library and our YMCA! Loads of live events , music, concerts, most always FREE of charge!

This park is great for long walks, paths are dirt and gravel , ducks galore, and a great place for workout with lots of excise bars, benches, beams and they have Frisbee golf course, wish I knew more about that sport! I like this place!

Clean Store, friendly folks to help you. Love the produce department, always fresh, My favorite is "Pink Lady" apples, they always seem to have fresh ones in stock. There are a couple of special sauces and spices that I can usually find here too. Give them a try , deli will make you a sandwich, fresh, quick and easy!

A treat from the past, old style movie theater. The kind your mom and dad likely enjoyed. The ticket prices is $4.00 and a popcorn and a drink are less than that last time I went. Lots of the movies are "G" rated film, but still for a step back in time , check it out.
