Best beach bar in the state. Don't be intimidated by the dive bar look or motorcycles out front. All are welcome here and you can't beat the ocean and Block Island views. Great food and drinks. I recommend the Long Island Ice Tea. Best enjoyed during a beach day at SK Town Beach, so you don't have to fight for limited parking on the street.

Hands down the best local premium ice cream joint in the area. You will likely have to wait in line, so bring the "OFF," but any place that has a line is worth going to. Ask for small spoon samples, as you will have a hard time deciding on your flavors.

Super close grocery store that has everything including a great meat and seafood department including live lobsters. I dare you to get through line without getting something from the bakery case before you check out.

Great spot for fresh seafood in a relaxed deck atmosphere, AND... it's BYOB, so you can save $$. Parking can be difficult at peak times. Watch the Block Island Ferries and fishing boats come in while dining.

THE perfect beach for young children since the Point Judith break-wall protects the beach from big waves. It's a state beach, so it has good facilities and a snack bar. It's also close to several great clam shacks.
