A formal private Chef to the royal family of Persian Gulf, Chef Fawzi mastered his craft and achieved the level of saucier at the “Marriott Hotel Champ-Elysee” Paris, France. Since coming to Toronto, Chef Fawzi has continued to excel and succeed at a number of well-established fine dining restaurants.
