A beautiful meal at Cote Resto this evening, located at Domaine Gayda. We are so lucky that this place is just 10 minutes from our doorstep at Domaine de Nougayrol . Each dish was fabulous, beautifully presented and perfectly cooked - compliments to the chef! No pictures of the food, unfortunately - we tucked in too quickly 😂 Service was excellent too 👌 Wines from Domaine Gayda were, as always, really singing. The Selection Chenin Blanc was stunning, with delicious barbecued pineapple and quince jam flavours. A fantastic pairing with a baked apple dessert. Book: https://www.domainegayda.com/en/restaurant
