Movies have been filmed here for a reason. It's really cool. Great for snorkeling and scuba diving as there are many turtles. Do not go when the waves are big! Big waves = death here. Calm days.

When the waves are big there is water that shoots up through a lava tube and it is visible from the parking area. Do not go over the railing when waves are big. Waves will take you off the rocks.

My favorite place on earth! Best beach in the world in my opinion! Pack lunch and your trunks and spend the day swimming and sunning. Amazing mt views, powdery sand very blue water. Must see!!!

One of the most visible spots from Honolulu. Parking is approx 5 dollars and the hike up takes about 30 min or so. Bring water you are in the hot sun the whole way. Steep stairs, great views, easy.

Drive up the leeward coast and you will eventually get to the end of the road. Rent a jeep and go 4 wheeling out to the point. I couldn't make it but maybe you can. Great ride out there. Mountains.

Seemingly doubling in size since i was there, you can shop or eat and relax in this little historic town. Maybe get your picture taken on rainbow bridge or get a shave ice at Matsumoto's.
