Check in: You should have been issued a door code, if not, please contact me. The Front door for unit B is around the back of the house upstairs on the top deck. When locking the door behind you, please gently pull the door towards you until it locks. Check out: Please empty all trash/recycling and leave it in the trash bin at the front of the house. Please also lock the door - you may need to firmly pull and hold the door until it locks.. Internet: EZ Living/ PW luckymango Trash/Recycling: Do not keep recycling in the house as it will attract ants - we keep the bin below the deck and toss it over. Trash goes out twice a week Tuesday/Friday. IMPORTANT NOTE!!: Please be hyper diligent about keeping all open food in the refrigerator. If food is not kept in the refrigerator it should be kept in the glass jars provided for you or in a sealed Tupperware. Please be advised, if you leave food or even a crumb out for any length of time you WILL see ants. The ants will soon be followed by other pests. At the first sight or indication of any pest whatsoever, please let us know right away so we can send out our service team. We have a warranty to prevent this from occurring, but with our close proximity to the water pests sometimes happens.

You must pull hard on the door to unlock and lock. The gate to the pier is not actually locked. Just lift up on the floor lock and push. In high wind please take down the bird feeder based on your level of comfort and ability. The shoreline is constantly being bombarded with trash and debris. We clean it regularly and it was just cleaned prior to your arrival. Please do not be alarmed at the amount of trash that quickly piles up. If it gets unsightly please let us know and we'll come clean up for you. If you feel compelled to clean the shoreline please take photos as we will offer you a percentage off of your next stay to show our appreciation. This app is on all three TVs. It does require patience while it's loading. It also requires patience and focus when searching for films or series - if it jams simply hit the back button and try again. If you get past the frustration of having to wait 2 -3 minutes while it loads, your mind will be blown at all the channels this app allows you to watch - in a nutshell any channel in the world on LiveTV. It also has an extensive video library and tv series library. One major tip to successful searching is to make sure you are searching the entire lot of movies/series and not just within a certain category. If you are doing it correctly there are not too many movies or shows that you won't find. It is especially good for catching payperview events and all movie channels such as HBO, Showtime, Starz

Casual and low key out doors and a little more upscale inside of the restaurant. The flavor and quality of food is a close second to Hard Yacht Cafe however I enjoy the ambience at the Mariner
