You have to try this place. In terms of the meat quality and general taste, the best example of Döner/Schawarma you will find in Berlin. Also has very nice plates of food and Linsensuppe.

The peanut sauce is amazing. You get it with everything. The chicken im brot is my favourite, but they also do nice Halloumi and bigger plates. Also have other locations in Berlin, but this is close to Templehof.

Very nice pizza sold by the slice (1 is enough), half or whole (HUGE). Ice cream for 1 euro, decent espresso, lovely Italian staff.

I am a coffee snob, and have tried coffee in every shop in Berlin, plus a few in London and New York, and this is the best. Plus it's not as expensive as you might think, and it's usually quiet.

I don't know if they do food, but they do nice wine and it's cheap. If Weserstr. isn't really your place (it's not mine) K-Fetisch is a brighter/less hipster option than most of the bars in Kreuzkölln, and not really loud.

Probably the best jazz/experimental music venue in Berlin. The best staff and the best musicians from Berlin and further afield play here Wednesday - Saturday. Cosy small room vibe, typical Berlin but becoming more rare, check it out whilst you still can!
