There is a free shuttle service called The DOT that runs from the south end of Forsyth Park to one block from the River Street area. There is a map in my guestbook. It runs about every 15 minutes all day until 7PM and has two stops a block from my house, one at W Gaston and the other at W Hall Street. The shuttles are usually purple in color.
