This is not just any fish hatchery! This is awesome for kids and folks with low mobility as it is has no required stairs to see the King Salmon in the fish ladders and pens when they are running. Salmon days in September each year is a huge event!

An all time favorite trail for the kids (due to the name!) but this is NOT a hike where you can take any kind of stroller! If you have kids, it's serious kick butt hike! If you are in shape and not a hiker, you can do it! If you're a hiker, you'll probably enjoy the trails.
