Rent a car and drive the Sea-to-Sky highway if you get a clear day. The most breath taking views. Only a 2 hr (max) drive and is a great day trip.

Parks & Nature
It's a national park that surrounds the University of British Columbia Campus. Gorgeous and magnificent, it really is a quintessential BC forest only 20-30 min drive from our apartment. There is also a famous beac there - Wreck Beach. Please be advised that Wreck Beach is clothing optional. You do not have to visit wreck beach to visit the national park however.
