Noodles with fish soup. They have three stores in Richmond and Vancouver. The one on Alexandra is the first store; less people before the reno is least appealing, but it's still decent.

If you don't wanna go to downtown, Gudrun offers the dt environment dinning experience. Pasta dishes are delish and fresh! Menu seems to update from time to time. A bit on the pricey side ($35-40/person with glass of wine), but it's all worth it.
