My favorites are Evolution Amber Ale and Provo Girl but love the name of the Polygamy Porter.

In UT, liquor, wine and high alcohol % beer are only sold in state-licensed liquor stores. 3.2% beer can be bought in convenience and grocery stores.
Liquor stores are open 11-10pm but closed on Sunday.
