A really lovely large green space, great for taking the air and getting some head space. There is Victoria Park Village to explore as well as Pavillion Cafe to grab a coffee at.

Brick Lane has everything! Good food, good bars, good shops, good vibes. And the best beigel shop is the one with the YELLOW sign. People can get quite fundamental about which beigel shop they support

Excellent food: Italian meets English! Run by super lovely people. Weekends are PACKED!! For quieter eating go along to their homely dinner evenings on a Thursday night between 7pm & 11pm.

Some of the best bread baked in Hackney by a guy who has a deep passion and love for all things bready. There is a lovely cafe attached to the bakery now and you can even do a break making course!

The Bethnal Green Museum of Childhood is under the Victoria & Albert umbrella. There are lots of cool gadgets and toys to look at and reminisce over as well as different activities to do.

It's a one of a kind museum! It comprises furniture, paintings and textiles in a series of rooms ranging from the 1600's to today. There is a cafe attached and various classes that you can attend.

My favourite Off-West End Theatre in London. They put on some great productions (a few don't always work, but that's part of the fun!) and they have a Pay What You Can night every Tuesday evening.

One of my favourite places to swim! Open air, heated. When it's dark and the flood lights are on it feels like you're swimming in a witches cauldron from all the steam coming off the water. Magical.
