The trail can be easily accessed from Casa Willow. Walk west (take a right as you look out the door) to Perdernales. Walk down Perdernales and you will reach Lady Bird Johnson Hike and Bike trail that will reach all the way to South Congress.

Keep walking down Perdernales where you will run into a City of Austin basketball court, and you will be onto the hike and bike trail that goes all the way to the Congress bridge.

Congress bridge is famous for the thousands of bats that fly out of the bridge to harvest insects. I have never witnessed them though tried during a music festival, perhaps the bats liked the music, but it is Austinish and close to Casa Willow.
