Mali Bar is one of the most popular "places to eat" in Zagreb since 2012, both among citizens and numerous tourists. This place is perfect for a cozy lunch or dinner whose subtle minimalist interior turns the focus on what is most important in such a restaurant: food and drink. Inspired by traditional Basque snacks, the Little Bar is a bistro whose interesting menu is based on the idea of sharing food and tasting "concrete" dishes with small, delicious bites topped with wine and good atmosphere. It is nevertheless pleasant to spend a few hours in it's pleasant ambience.

Bacchus Jazz Bar is situated less than 100m from the central train station, in a beautiful doorway with exit on Tomislav Square.
A specific atmosphere here is created by old furniture so as numerous retro details. Has nice terrace with an old fig tree. In this pleasant ambience you can relax and chill. From Wednesday till Friday you can listen to some of the best jazz musicians in area.

Definitely one of my favorite bars in Zagreb with it's cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. It´s a real hidden gem located near small park, has cute outside sitting area looking towards the park. It's close to a national theater and botanical garden but still never too crowded.
It is actually perfect chill-out zone.
There are all kinds of cultural events taking place there - interesting exhibitions, book presentations or concerts.

It is actually perfect chill-out zone.

A small casual restaurant with high quality meat with no fat, good flavour and lovely waiters. The menu is small but perfect, ćevapi, šiš ćevapi, pljeskavice, burgers in unique coloured buns (red=chilli and green=chicken), potato wedges, flavoursome salad with marinated meat.

The restaurant is just next to the fish market so they always have fresh fish. Moreover, it's a place that has been serving local regulars for decades, not trying to impress tourists or anything like that, just good and honest seafood. It is run by by two lovely ladies who enjoy their work and are funny!

Amelie is right next to the Cathedral and has a garden area opposite the shop - ideal for a quiet coffee and cake. They have a great array of cakes, tarts and macaroons. All are very nice and so is the coffee.

The Museum of Broken Relationships is a museum, dedicated to failed love relationships. It's exhibits include personal objects left over from former lovers, accompanied by brief descriptions.
The museum began as a traveling collection of donated items. Since then, it has found a permanent location in Zagreb. It received the Kenneth Hudson Award for Europe's most innovative museum in 2011.
