They don't have a visitors area and you can't visit the site, but you drive by them on your way to Hill Farmstead and can see the beautiful, painted barn. Amazing, internationally acclaimed cheeses - you can find at Willey's Store in Greensboro or the Buffalo Mountain Co-op in Hardwick.

Amazing, internationally acclaimed cheeses - you can find at Willey's Store in Greensboro or the Buffalo Mountain Co-op in Hardwick.
Perennial Pleasures is a wonderful little hidden treasure! They have a wonderful English Tea House with a large selection of tea, cucumber sandwiches, and homemade scones with jam. A really beautiful, sweet spot to go! Last summer the ladies in our family went there to celebrate my sister's birthday. They are also a nursery with gardens you can wander through and a nice little gift shop.

A short, but steep, hike (15 minutes up) with an incredible view at the top. Especially in the fall. But, please note that the trail is closed for May-July, to protect the Peregrine Falcons that live there. The trail reopens in August.

A beautiful spot to swim, canoe, or kayak. Sometimes things get a bit busy and congested near the parking area, near the dam. But, if you get out on the pond you're likely to see loons! Or if you cross over the dam and follow the path along the edge of the pond, you'll come to a great, private swimming spot!

Great spot to either launch a boat or swim with the family! During summer season the swimming area is closed off and never gets very deep, so it's great for kids. But it can also get really busy if it's a hot day! There are picnic tables, toilets, changing areas, and grills.
