Delicious brunch spot with so many different kinds of omelettes and pancakes, yum! They do get a brunch rush on the weekends but the wait is often not terrible.

Toluca Lake hot spot. Everyone loves Forman's. Super popular gastro-pub/hipster-esque but not too much so, mellow, fun hang out with good food and drinks. Not crazy prices, but definitely more expensive than The Snug or a dive bar.

Really fun dive bar style with huge dance floor and wide variety of live music! Within walking distance of our house (about a half mile). Fun place to go dancing, listen to music, have cheap drinks.
